We were in Vegas for the best day of my life (so far), our wedding. I was excited, nervous, happy and really tired. We had gotten to Vegas on Thursday morning, partied Thursday night, recovered Friday, rehersal dinner Friday night at , then Saturday at 5:30 was our wedding at the MGM Grand.

I wish I could say that I remember everything vividely, but the longer its been the more my memory fade's... damn the getting old! But what I do remember, is that we and everyone had a fabulous time!

Karen had her baby, a girl, on Friday night. Her name is Sylvie McKenzie and she is precious!

Today is the day!

So this morning I received a text from Hoogs that she is in the hospital and they were inducing labor. She went in for her appointment yesterday and the baby was so big he/she didn't have enough room to move anymore, so they wanted her to deliver sooner than later.

Now 6 hours later I have not heard anything yet. I cannot wait to meet baby hoogs. Hopefully tomorrow sometime I can make it to the hospital to see everyone. I am still hoping that the baby ends up being a little girl, Sylvie, but I had some dreams that she had a boy.

Speaking of babies, I think I am going to have to get a little more serious about me getting prego. Might invest in one of those special thermometers. I am not freaking out yet at all, but now I wonder why all those years I was so scarred to get pregnant. For 3 months I have been off the pill and not using any protection and no baby yet. Though we haven't really been good at doing it when I am ovulating with Nate traveling so much. But all we can do at this point is keep practicing and be patient :)
